Featured center front in this image is Grenade Team Rider Dennis “Sketchy D” Buongiorno’s Pro Model: “Dia de las Grenades”. Traditional Mexican Day of the Dead imagery along with Grenade logos create this unique and eye-catching print.
Dia de las Grenades: OuterwearThe Dia de las Grenades repeat print was created specifically for Grenade Team Rider Dennis “Sketchy D” Buongiorno’s Pro Model Outerwear. Dia de las Grenades Repeat PrintThe Dia de las Grenades repeat print was created specifically for Grenade Team Rider Dennis “Sketchy D” Buongiorno. He requested Day of the Dead inspired graphics be used to create his Pro-Model Outerwear for the 2010 Season. The graphics were used for many applications including not only outerwear but gloves, hoodies, t-shirts, stickers and skins.
The Grenade Boned Age Tour and RV Specifically designed to promote the travelling tour of the 2008 release of Grenade’s “The Boned Age” Snowboard DVD, this project required large scale graphic design for the 39’ Grenade RV that toured both the United States and most of Europe supporting this DVD release. Careful consideration for resolution and placement of sponsor logos was essential to the successful solution for this high profile project.
Windell’s Snowboard CampAt Windell’s Snowboard camp on Mt. Hood, everything is all about fun, and during their summer sessions, each cabin is sponsored by a different snowboard company. This was Grenade’s submission for the soldiers in our cabin over the 2008 Summer session. The design was additionally utilized as an iPhone skin as well as warehouse signage.
Grenade “No War” Repeat Print While the imagery of Grenade is very inspired by the military, the company’s stance on War is a different story. The “No War” repeat print featured on these hoodies utilizes Anti-War slogans, Grenade logos and iconic peace imagery to create this unique and passionately themed hoodie.

Nike 6.0 and Jordy SmithIn 2008 Association of Surfing Professionals Rookie Sensation Jordy Smith of South Africa was without a major sponsor for the World Tour. In an attempt to sign him to the Nike 6.0 Surf Team, Jordy was flown to Portland to visit the Nike Campus. Although the deal never went down, the accompanying collateral was created for a proposed WCT Surf Contest in Seaside.
Beginnings: Vans On BroadwayA unique 2006 photography project required personal photographs be taken that not only visually but also metaphorically represented both the student’s personality and place in life at the time. Being both a fan of old school surf and skateboard culture and a burgeoning graphic designer just starting out in school, this picture was most appropriate.
Thievery Corporation Concert Poster In keeping with Thievery Corporation’s theme of “The Outernational Tour” this concert poster for the Roseland Theater in Portland, OR was designed to combine the themes of international travel and airport iconography. By incorporating these ideas with the repeated concentric circle elements found on the band’s current website, the poster successfully displays and represents the Thievery Corporation aesthetic.
Promotional PostcardThis elegant piece was designed in collaboration with Tim Ehlbeck Photography to showcase the design talents of Bryce Eidlin and the photography talents of Tim Ehlbeck.
