WELCOME TO THE 2012 PEE WEE TIER 4 BC CHAMPIONSHIPS The Fort Nelson Minor Hockey Association and the Fort Nelson Fury Pee Wee Tier 4 team congratulate all of you on representing your district at the 2012 Pee Wee Tier 4 BC Championships. Our community is honored to be hosting these Championships and we look forward to welcoming you. Please review the information we have provided for you in this package.
EVENT DATES AND TIMES MANDATORY COACHES AND MANAGERS MEETING This required meeting will take place March 17th at 5:30 pm at the Fort Nelson Recreation Centre in Meeting Room #1 on the upper level. PLAYERS BANQUET The players banquet will take place March 17th, at the Fort Nelson Recreation Centre in the Main Hall at 6:30 pm. All players and team officials are required to attend. Family members are welcome. Extra tickets are available for $20 each or $10 for children under $10. OPENING CEREMONIES The opening ceremonies will take place on the main ice surface prior to the last game on Sunday, March 18th at 7:30 pm. All players are required to be in attendance dressed in dress pants, shirt and tie and their home jersey. The two teams who will be taking part in the game immediately following the opening ceremonies will be dressed in full hockey gear. CLOSING CEREMONIES The closing ceremonies will take place on the final day of play, immediately following the Championship game.

Fort Nelson Recreation Centre 5500 Simpson Trail All games for the 2012 Pee Wee Tier 4 BC Hockey Championships will be played at the Fort Nelson Recreation Centre. The newly completed complex will also host the Team Banquet and Coaches and Managers meeting. We look forward to hosting you in our new state of the art facility.

TEAM REQUIREMENTS
Please supply the following information from your team to Dean Larson at [email protected] ‐ Association Information including web address and phone numbers. ‐ Head Coach and Assistant Coaches names and contact information. ‐ Team Manager contact information. ‐ Official Team Photo ‐ good quality, complete with players’ names and jersey numbers. This is required for the program. ‐ A “JPEG” image of your association’s logo. This is required for the program. ‐ Team Roster (required as soon as possible). Include home and away colors. ‐ Banquet attendee numbers and extra tickets required.
