The World Top Chef Competition is organized by the World Association forChinese Chefs and has been held successfully in Hong Kong, Macau,

Singapore, Taiwan with high visibility and reputation in the chef world. Thisyear, the fifth World Top Chef Competition will be held in Huaxi Village,Jiangyin City.

In recent years, catering development in Jiangyin City keeps booming undergovernments high attention. The city has won the China Yangtze fresh

gourmet town, puffer food township and other national catering honor.

Therefore, the World Association for Chinese Chefs has decided the nextWorld Top Chef Competition & Food Expo will be held in Jiangyin City after theclosing ceremony of 2011 event.

The goal of this event is to provide an international culinary exchangeplatform for domestic and oversea chefs, as well as to promote the Jiangyin

cuisine to the worldwide.
