The focus of the uniform design was to reflect the rich history of the club by incorporating classicWolverine Sports Club jersey design elements while integrating a fresh newer, edgy look thatrepresents the future of where the club is going. Inspired by the old Clair Young “originals” which used

to feature Wolverine Detroit on the front of them, we have placed Wolverine Racing accompanied by theDetroit Skyline in a shield that is watermarked in the background with “Club of Champions est. 1888”

to commemorate Richard Noiret’s release of “Catch the Wind”. In addition the shield features Detroit’s

Latin motto of Spearmus Meliora: Resurget Cineribus which translates to: We hope for better things, itshall rise from the ashes. The skyline coupled with the trees as well as the icons of the road biker andMT biker represents the unification of the road team and the mountain team. In addition, the collar isadorned with a red, white, and blue stripe to represent the club’s history of Past National Champions

as well as all the ones to come in the future.
