nally displaced persons, especially Afro-Colombians, indigenous and women, and calls on the U.S. government to work with Co-

Honduras Letter to Clinton
This letter initiated by Reps. McGovern (D-MA) and Schakowsky (D-IL) on the anniversary of the coup in Honduras calls on the Sec-
retary of State to send the Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor to Honduras to assess the serious
situation of human rights in the country and develop a plan to address it.
