Description 

An introduction to Architectural Fabric Structures. Presentation includes history, design, forms and uses, available

materials, components and details, and the design/build process.

Presentation Format 

The CES Facilitator utilizes a PowerPoint presentation to share information on the materials, the history of fabric

structures and many built examples. Physical models are viewed and samples of hardware and materials are handed

out to give attendees a rst hand look at the possibilities. There is time allocated for questions and an evaluation sheet

will be handed out to evaluate the overall learning experience.

A/V NeededWe require electrical power, an extension cord and a screen or clear wall surface. We would prefer a room that can be

darkened. (The CES Facilitator supplies a laptop computer and projector)

Target Audience 

End Users, Architects, Engineers, Specication Writers and other design professionals in the commercial, retail, parks,

resorts, sports, transportation, automotive and institutional industries, to name a few.

Facilitator Qualifcations 

FabriTec Structures is an award-winning design/build rm specializing in Tensioned Fabric Structures. The rm has

constructed a variety of permanent and temporary tensioned fabric structures for a number of architects, engineers

and designers around the country. All FabriTec CES Facilitators have been trained on CES guidelines and presentation

skills and have many years of experience working with Fabric Structures.

Cost 

There is no cost to bring this program to your company or group meeting.
