Intragency EPA Email from Aaron Setran to David Albright re: ownership issues after PTP left. Mr. Setran forwarded an email which shows EPA uncertainty over who is responsible for Pine View. Sent on 7/27/09 at 4:11 p.m.One email on the thread is from Brenda Stein, PTP's consultant. She wrote, "Aaron, I did hear from the Pineview HOA this past week. They would like me to continue. They are clueless as to the problems that they are facing..." First email on the thread was from Aaron Setran at at 7/7/09. He asked if Ms. Stein was still working for PTP and indicated, Things aren't too good at Pineview and we'll be pushing some new directions regarding wastewater treatment and disposal."Two of the emails in the thread were redacted the EPA under under Freedom of Information Act Exemption (b)5 for attorney-client privilege, deliberative process, or attorney work product and for Exemption (b)7 for law enforcement purposes.Source: EPA FOIA Production, April 2015.
