Intragency EPA Email from Aaron Setran to David Albright re: ownership issues after PTP left. Mr. Setran forwarded an email which shows EPA uncertainty over who is responsible for Pine View. Sent on 7/27/09 at 4:11 p.m.One email on the thread is from Brenda Stein, PTP's consultant. She wrote, "Aaron, I did hear from the Pineview HOA this past week. They would like me to continue. They are clueless as to the problems that they are facing..." First email on the thread was from Aaron Setran at at 7/7/09.
