• Benefits of Web-Based Registration -Over the past two years, the RCSW annual meeting attendance has increased!

– Attendees enjoy registering online.– Attendees use their credit card, making it

easy to pay.– Attracts attendees who need the CEU’s if

hospital or DME companies has limited educational resources.


• Benefits (cont)– Attendees receive registration confirmation

via email.– Streamline the registration process for the

Program Committee!• Accurate information- no hard-to-read hand written

applications• Less program committee work and headaches• Easy to print name badges• Don’t have to deal with “checks in the mail”.• Program Committee can communicate via email.


• Costs for using RegOnline– Over the past two years costs for using RegOnline totaled

approximately $ 2500, based on approximately 250 attendees.

– Cost $ 350 to set up an event account. Affiliate must have a major credit card to open an account.

– Cost $ 3.50 per application plus credit card charge of 2%to 3% for VISA/MasterCard and 4% for American Express

– Cost of $2.50 for larger Affiliate with attendance over 500 attendees.


• Vendors– 30 % of the Vendors used RegOnline. Not all

companies can use a corporate credit card.– Vendors can select their booth when

registering online. – Vendors receive a receipt via email.– Open communication via email.
