Seating “Rule of Thumb” for estimating seating capacity: For oblong tables, divide the room area (sq ft) by 8. For round tables, divide the room area by 10. This figure allows for chair room and aisle service. Reservation Deposit & Cancellation Policy: 50% of the rental must be paid for at time of reservation. Your deposit is refundable only if cancellation is equal to or greater than 30 days of your event date. Weather related issues are also non refundable. All rental reservations must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event date. Delivery, pick up and set up: Please inquire for each item so we may give you an accurate quote. Deliveries are made to a loading dock, door or garage that is immediately accessible to our trucks. Supplemental charges will apply to all deliveries involving stairs, elevators and excessive distances from our trucks. Our standard delivery time is between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday. All deliveries must be signed for by the responsible party upon arrival. Equipment must be re-stacked and ready for pickup in the same spot they were dropped off. Set up and breakdown service is available at additional cost and pre-arrangements must be made. Our drivers are not authorized under any circumstances to move a client’s personal property. Damaged and Missing Items: Customer assumes full responsibility for the equipment while in their possession and should take all precautions to protect the equipment, especially in the case of inclement weather. The customer will be charged for replacement or repair costs for all missing, broken or damaged items. The customer is responsible to verify all counts as they will be charged for missing items. Unused Equipment: No credit can be given for unused items. Any item that leaves our store is considered used and must be inspected, sanitized and serviced before it can be rented again. Cleaning: All equipment must be returned clean, or charges will apply. Any
item requiring fuel must be returned full of fuel.
