Wellhead gas compression for marginal gas applications
More gas, lower operating costLow-pressure marginal gas is important. But providing econmonic wellhead compression for marginal gas wells canbe a challenge. You need a compressor that requires little or no maintenance, runs quietly and is the right size forthe job. You need a Copeland Scroll compressor. Copeland Scroll modular compression is an exceptionally lowmaintenance, compact, rugged new approach to oilfield gas compression. The scroll compressor module comesequipped with many high quality features typically found only on larger oilfield compression packages. Packagedflow rates are 15-600 mcfd and discharge pressures vacuum to 345 psig.

Copeland Scroll compressor features Ultra low maintenance for remote sites Copeland Scroll
technology is designed for once per year planned mainte-nance. (Gas quality can effect maintenance frequency.)
Modular and variable flow design offers unique flexibility operators can easily scale compression horsepower tomatch the flow and pressure requirements for each well.
Reduces grossly oversized compression packages andlengthy shutdowns for change-out as gas flows change.
Low noise levels with the quietest sound levels in theindustry, Copeland Scroll compression is ideal for even themost environmentally sensitive areas.
Full bypass capability avoid the labor cost and lostproduction of compressor shutdowns due to downstreampipeline disruptions. Copeland Scroll compression can runin 100% bypass 24/7 without the need to shutdown andcan be set for auto restart.
Maximizing recovery from mature fieldsLow horsepower wellhead compression has emerged as apopular approach for increasing production from decliningwells. Because of the large number of low rate wells, and theincreasing shortage of field technicians, small wellhead gascompression packages must be very low maintenance to beconsidered viable. Copeland Scroll compressors can helpyou enhance well production, lower operating costs andmaximize reserve recovery.
