Objective of Presentation
• To provide an overview of the State of Air Quality in the country’s municipalities
• To provide guidance as to which municipalities need to prioritize preparation of AQMP’s
• To pose a challenge to municipalities who may believe that they should or should not be listed – So they can inform the National Air Quality Officer of their status

What does the Rating Mean?
• Green: Generally good air quality
• Purple: Potentially poor air quality (Alternatively: poor at times or deteriorating)
• Red: Poor air quality (Alternatively: AQ standards regularly exceeded)
