what is nba Jam Session and where can i get tickets?One of All-Star’s most popular attractions is NBA Jam Session, the world’s largest interactive basketball theme park, which will be held at the Phoenix Convention Center. Jam Session will feature over 450,000 square-feet of basketball entertainment for fans of all ages - the equivalent of 48 official-size NBA basketball courts or 18 million regulation-size basketballs. At Jam Session, fans can test their skills on over 30 unique attractions, compare their hand and shoe sizes with those of their favorite NBA players, compete against friends at on-court skills challenges, watch youngsters slam dunk and hit three-pointers at the Kids Zone, and meet some of their favorite players and legends, celebrities and musical performers. Jam Session also offers an extensive trading card and collectibles area, the NBA Store, where fans can purchase exclusive merchandise, and Center Court, the home for All-Star entertainment, where fans can watch practices, dance teams and mascots, celebrities, and NBA, WNBA players in a variety of shooting contests. Jam Session will be held Thursday, February 12 through Monday, February 16 at the Phoenix Convention Center. Tickets will go on public sale in mid-January, 2009.
when and where is the all-Star Game?The 2009 All-Star Game will take place on Sunday, February 15 at US Airways Center, home of the Phoenix Suns and 2007 WNBA Champions, Phoenix Mercury.
what is all-Star Saturday night and are where will it take place?NBA All-Star Saturday Night takes place on February 14, and includes Shooting Stars, a competition featuring NBA and WNBA players and NBA legends, Skills Challenge, a contest of top guards working against the clock to complete a series of passes,
free throws, lay-ups and agility drills, and the Foot Locker Three-Point Shootout, where six of the best long-range shooters compete against each other and the clock in a test of accuracy. The evening’s grand finale, the Sprite Slam Dunk Contest, will showcase some of the NBA’s best athletes as they take to the air mystifying fans with their gravity-defying creativity. All-Star Saturday Night will take place at US Airways Center.
How do i get tickets for the all-Star Game and all-Star Saturday events?Tickets to the All-Star Game and All-Star Saturday Night events are managed by the NBA for use by NBA for their guests including players, teams, corporate partners and the media from around the world. A very limited number of tickets were available to Suns season ticket holders by drawing. Information was contained in season ticket renewal packets. There is no public sale.
where will all-Star Saturday night and the all-Star Game be televised?Both events will be televised on TNT in the United States and will reach a worldwide television audience in more than 200 countries.
when is the rookie Challenge and how can i get tickets?The league’s top rookies and second-year players square off in the Rookie Challenge. This event will be held on Friday, February 13th at US Airways Center. A limited number of tickets for the Rookie Challenge are expected to go on public sale in early January, 2009.

During the forwarding process, the barcode on your original season ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically. donaTe YouR TIcKeTsIf you have season tickets that you cannot use or would just like to donate tickets to a good cause, you can now do so quickly and easily online. Simply log in to your SixthMan Account Manager, select the ticket(s) you wish to donate, and click “Donate Tickets.” Your tickets will be donated to the team sanctioned charity via email at no cost!
PosT YouR TIcKeTs FoR saleCan’t make it to a game? Now, you can sell your season tickets anonymously to other fans by logging into your personal SixthMan Account Manager. There is no fee for posting tickets and the process is secure – simply highlight the tickets you wish to sell, choose the selling price and the expiration date, and submit the listing. Editing your posting at any time is quick and easy.
WhaT haPPens When MY TIcKeTs aRe sold?Once your posted tickets are purchased, the amount of the sale price is credited to your SixthMan Account, less the 10% seller fee. The barcodes on your sold tickets are cancelled and new barcodes are issued. The new tickets are then electronically delivered to the buyer via TicketFast for at-home printing using any standard printer, without the hassle and delay of standard mail delivery.
WhaT haPPens IF MY TIcKeTs don’T sell?You will be notified via email if your tickets do not sell before your indicated expiration date. what do i do if i lose my tickets for a game? If your tickets are lost or stolen, call your SixthMan Experience Team at (602) 514-5444, and your tickets will be re-printed and put in Will-Call for the party of your choice. Only the Season Ticket Holder listed on the account can request ticket re-prints.
Does my child need a game ticket?Children under the age of 3 years do not need a ticket.
How can i purchase a parking pass?Suns Season Ticket Holders have a number of ga-rages to choose from, varying in price for the full season. For more parking information, i.e., price and availability, contact your SixthMan Experience Team.
why does the online Ticket manager close down 2 hours before game time?Due to the fact that doors open 1½ - 2 hours before game time, tickets on the online Account Manager cannot be re-sold or forwarded by e-mail at that time. This is to minimize possible occurrences in which two different parties have access into the Center us-ing the same tickets.
after i sell my tickets on the Ticket exchange, where does the money go?When your tickets are re-sold, the money goes into your Suns’ account and can be used towards play-offs, your renewal, or any other form of Suns Tickets.
Can i get my resale credit back?Yes! At the end of the season, we can send you a check for your resale credits you have acquired throughout the season. If you use your resale credit as a payment towards your account, that credit will become non-refundable.
Can i get a refund?The Suns do not issue refunds for any tickets that have been purchased. All payments are non-refund-able and non-transferable.
How do i donate my tickets for a game?If it is at least 24 hours prior to the game, you can use the SixthMan Account Manager to donate your
tickets. Otherwise, contact your SixthMan Experience Team and we can donate your tickets for you. You will automatically receive 100% attendance for that game, as well as a letter from the Suns which can be used for tax purposes.
How do i put my tickets in will-Call for someone else?If you need to put your tickets in Will-Call for another party, you can call your SixthMan Experience Team prior to the game to do so. Only the Season Ticket Holder on the account can request ticket re-prints.
what if i need wheelchair accessible seating for a game? If ‘accessible’ seats are necessary on a short term basis (no more than 3 games), you can contact Guest Relations and they will be happy to assist you. Their info hotline number is (602) 379-2060. You must leave a detailed message, including the specific game, the date, and your current section, row and seat numbers. A representative will respond to you within 48 hours. Can i bring a noisemaker and/or poster(s) to the games?NBA regulations prohibit noisemakers. Posters are allowed, but must be approved upon entry. Though our fans are encouraged to cheer on the team and be supportive, other ticket holders/fans and the players on the floor must be given consideration.
How do i change my seat location for next year?One of the many benefits of being a Season Ticket Holder is the ability to attempt to improve your seats every year. An upgrade / relocation process takes place each May/June. Communication concern-ing this event is sent out to all SixthMan Members towards the end of each regular season and you must RSVP to participate.
How do i obtain my 20% discount at the Team Shop?To enjoy your Team Shop discount, simply show the cashier your SixthMan ID card that you received in your season ticket booklet or your just show your season ticket.

How can i get a personal message posted on the scoreboard?If you would like to display a “Happy Birthday” greeting, or tell your spouse you love them on your anniversary, you can do it in grand fashion using the Phoenix Suns’ scoreboard. Personal messages must be limited to 45 characters and must be received at least 5 days before the game. The cost of each mes-sage will be $50, which is donated to Suns Charities. How can i gain higher priority with the Phoenix Suns?The day you purchased your Suns Season Tickets, you made your ‘Seniority Date’ official. This is an important piece of information, as it gives you prior-ity over newer accounts when it comes to relocat-ing and obtaining additional seats. How do i get into all of the clubs?We offer a variety of club atmospheres in the US Airways Center. Each club is exclusive to the Season Ticket Holders holding seats in those areas. How do i get my playoff tickets?As a Full Season Ticket Holder, you have the first right of refusal on your seats for the entire playoff run. However, as a Half Season Ticket Holder, you have the first right of refusal on your seats for half of the games. Payment for playoff tickets is based on whether or not you renew your season tickets for the upcoming season.

The US Airways Center staff has been trained to inter-vene when necessary in an effort to enforce the above guidelines. Guests are encouraged to report any inap-propriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard or guest services staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to these guidelines will be subject to ejection without refund, revocation of season tickets, and may also be in violation of city ordinances result-ing in possible arrest and prosecution.
ownership of Seat locationsThe Phoenix Suns own and control all rights to seat locations for Suns home games. Purchasers of season tickets obtain a license, in the form of a ticket, to use the seat location designated by the ticket. This license may be revoked by the Suns at any time upon refunding the purchase price of the ticket. The Phoenix Suns retain the right to change Season Ticket Holder’s seat locations at any time. This license is granted on a game-by-game basis and is subject to all rules, regulations and policies relat-ing to tickets as established by the Suns, US Airways Center and the NBA.
Season Ticket Holder and accountsThe Season Ticket Holder is generally the person or business that pays for the tickets, and that person or business is assigned an account. The Season Ticket Holder must provide the Suns with the contact per-son for the account, particularly in the case of a cor-porate account or partnership. Season tickets should be paid for with a check or credit card. If a third party payment is accepted by the Suns, such accep-tance shall not give the third party any Season Ticket Holder or renewal privileges, or cause or require the Suns to change the name on the account.
Season Ticket Privileges non-TransferableSeason Ticket Holders have no right to transfer the renewal privilege of seat locations designated by their tickets to any person, whether by a request to transfer the account into another name, or in an attempt to transfer the seat locations or the renewal privilege described below by will or trust, property settlements, transfers to creditors, or any other means. It is important to the Suns to protect and reward longtime Suns fans by allowing them to upgrade their seat locations, rather than allowing Season Ticket Holders to transfer renewal privileges to others. Therefore, any attempt to transfer season ticket renewal privileges to third parties will not be recognized by the Suns and may result in cancella-tion of all season ticket privileges. Any court order directing distribution of season ticket ownership to a person not listed as the Season Ticket Holder; whether in bankruptcy or otherwise, will result in

the Suns exercising the right to immediately revoke the license represented by the tickets, including any season ticket renewal privileges, upon refund by the Suns of all amounts paid for games that have not yet been played.
The Suns, however, generally recognize two excep-tions to the above prohibition. First, the Suns will allow an individual Season Ticket Holder to request transfer of season ticket privileges to members of the Season Ticket Holder’s immediate family. Sec-ond, if the Season Ticket Holder is a business, it may request a change in the name of the contact person for its account. A request to transfer season ticket privileges to a family member, or to change the contact person or any other request for season ticket renewal privilege transfer, must be submitted to the Suns in writing, and must be supported by appro-priate documentation (proof of relationship, official letterhead, signature of authorized company officers, etc.) satisfactory to the Suns. Requests for transfer-ring ownership will be reviewed on an annual basis by Suns senior management. The Suns reserve the right to approve or reject any such request.
Season Ticket renewal PrivilegesIn general, the holder of season tickets has an op-portunity to renew for the next Suns season, the seat location represented by the tickets. This opportunity is a privilege granted by the Suns and may be re-voked at the Suns discretion.
annual renewal mailingSeason ticket renewal forms will be mailed to the contact person on the account. The exact payment deadline will be specified on the invoice. Due to the time required to process relocation requests, meet computer deadlines and distribute tickets, ac-counts not meeting the payment deadline are subject to cancellation. If you do not receive appropriate mailing within these time frames, please contact the SixthMan Experience Team for assistance. If you do not contact the SixthMan Experience Team within a reasonable time, you will be deemed to have waived your renewal privilege and your priority in seat locations. Once payments for season tickets are
received, they are applied to hold specific seats, and thus nonrefundable.
Distribution of TicketsPaid-in-full season tickets are distributed approxi-mately two weeks before the Suns season. The tick-ets will be mailed to the address on the account.
additional Seat requestsAfter each annual upgrade and relocation event, ad-ditional seats will be offered. We cannot guarantee the availability or location of additional seats. Please call your SixthMan Experience Specialist if you are interested in obtaining additional seats.
PlayoffsIf it appears that the Suns will advance to the play-offs, Season Ticket Holders will be offered the oppor-tunity to purchase tickets for all home playoff games, based on the Season Ticket Holder’s renewal for the upcoming Suns season.

Concessions / Dining options The US Airways Center offers many dining options for any basketball fan. The options can be found on either the ‘100’ or ‘200’ level concourses. The concourses have everything from pizza and hot dogs to Chicken Caesar Salad and Cold Stone Creamery ice cream. All concessions close after the beginning of the 4th quarter, and no alcohol of any kind can legally be sold during the 4th quarter. Sixthman account manager / Ticket exchangeThe SixthMan Account Manager is a way to access your tickets online. You have the ability to post your tickets for sale, forward your tickets to a friend by e-mail, or donate your tickets to charity. Your Sixth-Man Account Manager also allows you to update your contact info on file, such as your mailing address and e-mail address. The Ticket Exchange is a benefit for Season Ticket Holders to post their seats for sale to other Season Ticket Holders and the general public. If the tickets are sold, the buyer will receive the tick-ets by e-mail, and after subtracting the 10% seller fee, the Season Ticket Holder will receive 90% of the posted sale price. All resale credit will remain in your Suns account and can either be applied toward future playoff ticket purchase, annual season ticket renewal, or you may request a refund check at the end of the season.
