2. Removethecoveraroundthefueltank(Fig.A).

4. Removetheinnerfairingcoverontherighthandside(Fig.B).

8 Unplugthestockwiringharnessfromtherearinjector(Fig.E)

Thisinjectorislocatedontopoftheairbox.

Toremovetheconnectoryoumustfirstremovethespringclip.Thisisbestdonewithapickorsmallscrewdriver.

9 PlugtheYELLOWcoloredwiresfromthePCIIIin-lineofthestockwiringharnessandrearinjector(Fig.F).

Makesuretoreinstallthespringcliponthestockconnector.

10 Use1ofthesmallsuppliedziptiestosecurethisconnectiontothefuelline.

Makethisconnectionascompactaspossible.

11 Unplugthestockwiringharnessfromthefrontinjector(FigG).

Thisconnectionisverydifficulttoaccess.Itisbesttogettothruthefrontofthebikedirectlyabovetheradiator.

21 Reinstallallbodyworkandfueltank.

Whenloweringthefueltankmakesureitdoesnotinterferewiththeconnectionoftherearinjector.

Note:UnlessyouhavetheKitECUyouwillnotbeabletomakefuelchangesbelow20%throttleandbelow5500rpmwiththisPCIII.
