SOCIAL BEGINS AT 7:00 PM MEETING BEGINS AT 7:30 PM

Yours in Jaycee Spirit, Matt Boyer

It was such a mild winter… and had to pick the weekend of the HART Bowling Social to snow. Can’t argue with Mother Nature. The social has been rescheduled, Karen gives more information about that later in the article.

A few of us were not in Hanover last weekend to enjoy the snow. The National Convention in St. Louis was great. Our own Sherry Cracium was sworn in as Pennsylvania State President! Joel Loder was sworn in as the State President of New Jersey, and awards were won. We never made it into the Arch, but the Gate to the West is something to see. And there was a little snow in Missouri as well, Saturday as we were watching the St. Patrick’s day parade.

Bingo was also affected by the snow. Due to the weather, the game was cancelled for the evening. Jen Lupp is working on setting up other eve-nings that Hanover can assist.

Another financial project in April is the Chicken BBQ. Normally the first weekend of April, it was delayed a week due to Easter. Hopefully everyone can help.

Don’t miss the Jam Social coming up. The Cornerstable is great, and the Lovehaters are a band you don’t want to miss. Katie Rohrbaugh will fill you in on this and more Individual Projects.

With our Community comes Adopt-A-Highway. The first of the year, this will make a big difference on our stretch of the road. And who knows what is lost on the road.

Though we just had snow, Spring is finally here. Within a week, it has become quite nice. And Easter is coming up soon. Have a great holiday, and we hope to see you soon.

Don’t Back Down!

I can’t think of any better way to learn and grow as an individual. You all have the potential to bloom into leaders. Come out and give it a try. We’d love to see ya!
