DETERMINING THE PROPER MAINTENANCE INTERVAL

PREMIUM MAINTENANCE* (Every3,750 miles or 3 months, whichev-er comes first)

Premium Maintenance is a Nissan-recommended option that is suitablefor all driving habits and localconditions. Nissan developedPremium Maintenance for owners whowant the ultimate in preventativemaintenance. With PremiumMaintenance, more maintenance itemsare regularly checked or replaced thanwith either Schedule 1 or Schedule 2maintenance schedules.

Using the Premium Maintenanceschedule may optimize theperformance, reliability, and resale

value of your vehicle.

Depending on your driving habits and local conditions, you should follow one of the three maintenanceschedules listed below. Use these guidelines to determine which maintenance schedule to use:

SCHEDULE 1 (Every 3,750 miles or3 months, whichever comes first)

Schedule 1 features the same 3,750-mileservice intervals as PremiumMaintenance; however, with Schedule 1fewer maintenance items are regularlychecked or replaced than with thePremium Maintenance schedule. UseSchedule 1 if you primarily operate yourvehicle under any of these conditions:

Repeated short trips of less than 5miles in normal temperatures or less than10 miles in freezing temperatures

should be regularly checked orreplaced. The maintenance logindicates at which mileage/timeintervals each item requires service.

In addition to scheduled maintenance,your Nissan requires that some itemsbe checked during normal day-to-day

operation. You can find these itemslisted under General Maintenance inChapter 8 of your Owners Manual.

Items marked with * are recommendedby Nissan for reliable vehicle operation.You are not required to performmaintenance on these items in order tomaintain the warranties which come

with your Nissan. Other maintenanceitems and intervals are required.

When applicable, additional informationcan be found in the Maintenance anddo-it-yourself section in Chapter 8 of

your Owners Manual.
