Currentlythreedevelopershaveenteredanagreementtocommencedesignandthenproceedwithconstructionofhewaterfacilitiestoservethenew3 footpressurezonecurrentlydesignatedastheLandmarkZone Thispressurezonewill serve developments north and eastohe Coachella branch oftheAlAmericanCanalgenerallystraddledonhewestbyGolfCenterParkwayandeastbyAvenue44 Thethreedevelopersengagedinhisagreementare SunCalIndianLakesandTrendwest
