The Final Environmental Impact Statement For the Occupancy and Use of National Forest Lands and Ocklawaha River Restoration was completed by the U.S. Forest Service and Florida Department of Environmental Protection in 2001. The EIS proposed action is the partial restoration of the Ocklawaha River.
