The Danfoss Eliminator-Distributor with the Chatleff Omni-Direct closure is the market leading cost effective distribution solution for HVAC. The Chatleff Omni-Direct Closure allows easy interchange of piston and/or expansion valve. In use, the Danfoss
Special Orifice piston allows metered flow in the cooling cycle. In the heating cycle for heat pumps, the refrigerant by-passes the metering by flowing around the piston using the flutes.
y Chatleff Omni-Direct Closure to insure 5 – 10 years of reliability on the mechanical connection, with a replaceable Teflon seal
y Precise metering for Eliminator-Distributors, thru the unique piston with teflon seal permitting superior seating during both heat pump and cooling cycles obtaining extremely repeatable and predictable expansion and distribution from cycle to cycle
y Designed and engineered to work with any size system
y Piston may be replaced to adjust flow and pressure drop
y This distributor also designed for use with a Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) or Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV)
y Qualified for use with Danfoss TR6 TXV mechanical connection with long-tail fitting

The Danfoss Eliminator-Distributor with the Chatleff Omni-Direct closure is the market leading cost effective distribution solution for HVAC. The Nozzle Style Copper-Brass Distributor is designed for brazed connections. The nozzle allows for customizing of refrigerant flow to provide the desire performance of the system.

The Hot Gas Bypass Style Distributor is the largest distributor body allowing up to 22 circuits with 0.144 OD tubing (other tube size options are available).
Can be used for heat pump and Hot Gas ByPass applications (HGBP).

y The HGBP is available for those applications where the load of the evaporator varies and the return air is lower than 72 °F / 50% RH
