holiday party. A realtor will discuss the

logistics of seeing houses and buying

your dream home. Bring your appetite

and plenty of questions!

DECEMBER WORKSHOP

This is a great opportunity for families to

come together and talk about their

home ownership goals and paths while

enjoying a nice potluck meal.

Sides and desserts are welcome!

Stressed about how you’re going to afford the upcoming holidays? Get creative with gift giving

without breaking the bank with these suggestions:

NOVEMBER WORKSHOP

Homecoming Potluck

Use a talent or hobby. Make something for loved ones. Be mindful of the cost of materials.

Gift your family with time together. Grab a RedBox, some popcorn, and some favorite candy. Let the kids make a fort or big “bed” on the ground to watch the movie with the whole family. Or go as a family to a free activity in Lawrence that everyone can participate in.

Invite the kids to join in! Have a white Santa gift exchange where each kiddo picks a gift for their chosen sib-ling. This way they are excited about being involved and giving to another.

Check out Pinterest. Find fun, affordable, do-it-yourself gifts that come from the heart!

Always remember: the holidays are not about gifts or money. Parents and guardians — remember to take some time for yourselves this season to relax and enjoy. You deserve it!

If are interested in getting assistance with budgeting for the holidays,

please call or email Zoë !
