2-1. Obtaining the Client Certificate

1. A Pre-notice of the user registration notification e-mail is delivered to the user after user registration applied for by a person in charge on Sony side has been completed and accepted by the INAZUMA Head Office.

2. After about one business day, two other notification mail will be delivered to the user, one indicating the “Download URL” and the other informing the user on the “Download Password”of the Client Certificate.

3. Click the URL in the e-mail, and a window for download will appear.

These 2 notifications by e-mail are needed for setting up the Client Certificate.

OverviewThis page describes the process after acceptance of user registration and delivery of e-mail regarding the Client Certificate.Receiving the e-mail notifications will take approximately one business day after acceptance of the application.

Note

The URL designated in the e-mail will expire in 30 days after delivery. Make sure to download before expiry .

[PKI Service] Individual certificate download URL (Bulk Issue)

1. Click the URL in the e-mail titled “[PKI Service] Individual certificate download URL (Bulk Issue)” and go to the Client Certificate download site.

OverviewDownload the Client Certificate from the designated URL and install it on your PC.

If you are using multiple PCs or when replacing your current PC, you can copy the Client Certificate and install on your other computers.

Tip

If you are using multiple PCs or when replacing your current PC, you can copy the Client Certificate and install on your other computers.

This is the password for the Client Certificate download.

1. Enter the Password indicated in the e-mail in the download page field.

2-2. Setting up the Client Certificate [2/3]

Create a password.* This password is to be created by yourself.* It will be needed when installing the downloaded certificate.

Upon installation, enter the password that you have created.

1. Please create your password. This password will be required when you install the certificate.

2. Click on "Proceed" button and download the certificate.

3. Install the downloaded certificate on your computer.

4. Enter the password you created when installing the Certificate.

* This is NOT the password indicated in the password notice e-mail.

Tip

If you are using multiple PCs or when replacing your current PC, you can copy the Client Certificate and install on your other computers.

[Ref.] Renewal of the Client Certificate

One month before expiry, you will get a notification e-mail on renewal of the certificate. Please follow steps in the notification to renew your client certificate.Please note ： If there are no logs of your usage of the INAZUMA Certified Systems for over a fixed period of time, your client certificate will NOT be renewed.

Tip

<For renewing it…>When you get a reminder e-mail about account lock, please log in to the INAZUMA Certified Systems; S-Cabinet, Elephant.If you have used any of the Systems in the past fixed number of days, your client certificate will be target for renewal.

<If your certificate expires…>Please request us to re-issue it using the “Inquiry” form to the Help Desk.

End of Guide of Installation of Client Certificate

Select the Client Certificate you have set up. [ Precondition ] It is assumed that the user is

already enabled for using the INAZUMA Certified Systems.

Click [OK]

1. When clicking the URL to access the System, a window to select the client certificate will pop up if multiple certificates are installed in your PC.

2. Select the client certificate you have installed and click “OK”.

OverviewThis page covers contents on selecting the Client Certificate from a multiple choice of certificates popping up upon the process for logging in to the INAZUMA Certified Systems.

Tip

If you only have one Client Certificate on your computer, the pop-up window may not show up since the Client Certificate will automatically be chosen.
