Ganesha Anointing™ Remover of obstacles and Lord of New Beginnings! Ganesha's Anointing is fantastic for bringing your an anointing of Genesha's

energy that you can wear as an energy garment.

When you wear Ganesha's Anointing around your body and being, his energy

greets all people and situations, assisting to move obstacles from your path

and life. This garment does need to be consciously renewed daily, and many

people do so in the morning as they put their physical clothing on.

Ganesha in Sanskrit is: गणेश

His name is also spelled Ganesh or Ganesa, sometimes as Ganapati which in

Sanskrit is गणपत .

Of the weapons usually shown in Ganesha's multilple hands to assist with the

removing of obstacles; there is a lasso, an axe and a hook.

Wisdom, prosperity and attainment are often spoken of as that which one may

gain when calling upon and honoring Ganesha. Some people call him the

patron of arts and science. Other people honor him at the beginning of

ceremonies and call him the patron of letters. The main scriptures dedicated to

Ganesha are the Ganesha Purana, the Mudgala Purana.

Oṃ Gaṇeśāya Namaḥ is the most common mantra repeated with strong

intention to Ganesha. Some people interpret the name Genesha to mean "Lord

of the Gaņas" to mean "Lord of Hosts" or "Lord of created categories". I find

the concept of created categories particularly interesting.

While working with Ganesha's energy I found that many aspects of Divinity

which resonate with the attributes that Ganesha IS coalesce to form the

consciousness and Beingness who responds when the name is called upon.

Ganesha is usually considered to be born of Parvati. In one of the legends, his

mother showed him off to the other gods, and the god Shani (Saturn) looked at

him with an "evil eye" which immediately turned the baby Ganesha's head to

ash. It is said that Vishnu arrived and replaced the baby Ganesha's head with

an elephant head.

Another story says that Ganesha was created from Shiva's laughter, but that he

was too attractive. Therefore he was given the head of an elephant and a

protruding pot-belly.

The earliest recorded name of Ganesha to my knowledge is Ekadanta, which

means "One Tusked". This refers to his second incarnation and the one tusk he

currently has, the other having been broken off to write the Mahabaratha that

was dictated to him by ri Veda Vyasa.

Page 3: 2 Ganesha Anointing.pdf

3

One of the more important significances of the one tusk image is that it shows

how ready Ganesha is to sacrifice in order to complete any worthy task. When

Ganesha provides his energy to you by way of this anointing,

he is giving a part of himself. His energy assists to move obstacles out of your

path and bring you new beginnings.

Ganesha's protruding belly dates back to the Gupta period (4th to 6th

centuries) Mudgala Purana says that two different incarnations of Ganesha use

names based on it: Lambodara (Pot Belly, or Hanging Belly) and Mahodara

(Great Belly).

The Brahmanda Purana says that Ganesha has the name Lambodara because

all cosmic eggs (those of of the past, present, and future) are present in him.

In working with Ganesha's energy, I feel that this aspect of his "keeping" of

the cosmic eggs of the universes of time provide us access to removing

obstacles to our success and spiritual growth that could be rooted in other

times. If something happened in the past that we just can't seem to "get past"

Ganesha's Anointing can "loose" that for you to free you to move forward.

Puranic sources codified as a standard form for most iconographic depictions

of Genesha; that he have 4 arms. He is shown and described as having

between 2 and 16 arms. Yes, in the 9th and 10th centuries, there are statues

and artwork depicting him with 14 to 20 arms.

Sometimes he is shown with a third eye or the Shaivite sectarian mark which

is 3 horizontal lines) . Ganesha Purana prescribes a tilaka mark as well as a

crescent moon on the forehead (Bhalachandra).

Other beings that are sometimes present in depictions and descriptions of

Ganesha are peacocks, lions, horses, rams or a tortoise and a mount of a

mouse. Shesha, the divine serpent around his neck or belly. Uusally it

depends on which incarnation is being shown or described, in regards to

which animals are associated with him. I think the attributes of each of these

beings can be meditated on while working with Ganesha's Anointing to further

our understanding of him and deepen the connection with him.

Page 4: 2 Ganesha Anointing.pdf

4

I think it is important to think about Ganesha's role as Lord of Letters.

The Hindu mantra Aum is often associated with Ganesha. The Ganapati

Atharvashirsa attests to this association. This is a very primal notion that he is

within the sound that creates. He is also associated with the sound Om.

Chinmayananda translates a passage as follows:

"O Lord Ganapati!

You are (the Trinity) Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesa.

You are Indra. You are fire [Agni] and air [Vayu].

You are the sun [Surya] and the moon [Chandrama].

You are Brahman. You are (the three worlds) Bhuloka [earth],

Antariksha-loka [space], and Swargaloka [heaven].

You are Om. (That is to say, You are all this)." 1

According to Kundalini yoga, Ganesha resides in the first chakra, called

Muladhara (muladhara). Mula means "original, main"; adhara means

"base, foundation". The muladhara chakra is the principle on which the

manifestation or outward expansion of primordial Divine Force rests.2

This tells us that the energies that comprise Ganesha already exist within us

and indeed form the foundation from which all of the other energy centers in

your body spring from and flow in synergy with.

We need only to acknowledge and amplify Ganesha's energy in our own body,

and the Ganesha Anointing is a wonderfully easy way to do this.

Ganesha is a non-sectarian deity. This means that Hindus of all denominations

are likely to venerate and revere him, praying to him often. He responds to people of all religious faiths, simply invite and appreciate.

An attunement or empowerment is a dose of energy frequencies that ‘match’

the energy of this Ganesha Anointing energy system

Once you have received that dose of energy, your body and spirit will

recognize that energy and easily access the energy stream from Eternal Sacred

Source that IS the energy stream of this particular energy system.

Attunements can be sent long distance by means of an energy sphere, often

called a chi-ball and it is kept safe by your Angels and guides of Eternal Light.

It is released to you when you ‘call it in’, like a prayer to receive it.

Please spend a few minutes to invite the attunement your teacher sent you of

Ganesha Anointing™, to release fully unto you.

Simply say, out loud or in your mind:

“I ask to fully receive my Ganesha Anointing as sent out by my teacher

and made perfect by Eternal Sacred Source, NOW!”

Think of a ball of light and energy above your head that opens up and streams

down into the top of your head.

Your attunement will easily arrive to you because Eternal Source is not limited

by space or time. Ganesha Anointing™ energies arrive to your body and

energy fields showering you with his energy.

Anytime you want to strengthen your connection with his energy or want to

call upon him for assistance or wisdom please activate this anointing again.

Say, audibly or in your mind with strong feeling:

"Ganesha Anointing, Activate for me, this day!"

As with most prayers and spiritual devotion, daily activation is best.

Page 6: 2 Ganesha Anointing.pdf

6

You can activate Ganesha's energy for other people as a blessing. Simply say,

audibly or in your mind: "Ganesha Anointing, activate for (name of person)."

If you are a Reiki or Seichim Master Teacher, you can confidently send a

Ganesha Anointing™ attunement in the manner which is most sacred to you.

Advise your student on the best way to receive the attunement you have sent

out. Ganesha Anointing™ manual must be included fully intact with no

changes when its attunement is provided.

If you are not a Reiki or Seichim Master Teacher, you can still pass along an

attunement of Ganesha Anointing by following these directions and sincerely

wanting to pass the attunement.

Please ask your energy team, your helping healing guardians in the Light of

Eternal Sacred Source, to bring you a Sphere of Light. It doesn’t matter if you

can see it or not. It doesn’t matter if you can perceive it or not. Trust that the

Sphere of Light is there and ready to hold a dose of the energy frequency of

Ganesha Anointing™.

Activate and pray, asking for all of your helping healing ones in the Light of

Eternal Sacred Source to send the Ganesha Anointing™ attunement for (name

of student) into the Sphere of Eternal Light. Ask that it be sealed and carried

to (name of student).

Ask that it be securely protected by that person’s guardians in the Light of

Eternal Sacred Source until the person ‘calls in’ their Ganesha Anointing™

attunement. Intend that their attunements release perfectly to them at that time.

And so it is complete!

Now notify your student that their empowerment is ready to be ‘called in’ and

tell them to relax and spend a few minutes receiving their meet and greet their

Ganesha Anointing energies!
