Our weddings offer the exclusive hire of the entire Marsh Farm Estate. At our breathtaking venue, the wedding party

arrive at 2 p.m. the day before the wedding, giving you a whole day to prepare the venue to your preferred theme. White

Dove Barns can cater for both large and small weddings at a range of budgets. Our new barn is perfect for 120 guests

for the wedding breakfast, but can equally suit smaller, more intimate receptions of 50 guests.

Our venue is one of the best wedding barns in Suffolk,

notable for it’s beautiful Elizabethan oak timbers and

huge glazed openings that allow light to fill the space. It is

a very special place to have all of your loved ones around

to share your special day. The stunning formal courtyard

is perfect for photographs and a drink after the wedding

ceremony, allowing you to enjoy the far reaching views

out over the Suffolk countryside.

Our barn has been beautifully designed by a London

interior design company for weddings and functions.

The light and airy barn features ancient oak beams that

have been lovingly restored, contrasted with opulent

crystal chandeliers hanging throughout the barn add to

the luxurious atmosphere. Adjustable colour changing

LED lighting enables us to change the mood and suit the

colour theme of your wedding.

The wedding party will depart at 12 p.m. the day after the

wedding allowing you a pleasant morning with family and

friends. With 5 properties to stay at you can extend your

wedding with close friends and family for up to 3 days.

White Dove Barn is licensed for 120 people seated in the

beautiful courtyard room. If you would prefer an outdoor

ceremony we can offer a ceremony outside in the grounds

with the official ceremony in the barn.

If your numbers exceed 120 you are welcome to have a

marquee or Tipi in the grounds taking advantage of the

stunning views out over the hundred river valley.

Our in-house caterers are on hand to help create a bespoke

menu for your wedding breakfast They will be on hand to

coordinate the day down to the minute and create and plan

a bespoke menu with you for your wedding breakfast.

RAIL SERVICE The nearest train station to the venue is

Beccles. Beccles is 4 miles from the venue. You can travel

direct from London Liverpool Street to Beccles via Greater

Anglia Trains, visit GREATER ANGLIA website.

FROM LONDON take the A12 towards chelmsford.

Past turnings to Southwold, Wangford.

Take the left turn B1127 to Beccles (Heliport).

Continue through Henstead and to Hulver Street.

Take the second left signposted Hulver Road.

Continue for ½ mile past the first set of houses.

Continue past the turning to Warren’s lane.

After 300 yards you will see a large pond with a fountain

and a post and rail fence and a sign for Marsh Farm.

Turn left into the gravel driveway of Marsh Farm travel

down the right hand side of the driveway and park beside

the black barn.

FROM NORWICH take the A146 towards Lowestoft.

Continue on the A146 past Beccles. Continue straight over

at the Worlingham roundabout. At the next roundabout

take the 3rd exit B1127 Copland way signposted to Hulver

and Henstead.

At the next roundabout take the 1st exit to Hulver.

Take the 2nd right hand turning signposted Hulver Road.

Travel for ½ mile past the first set of houses.

Continue past the right hand turning to Warren’s Lane.
