NSDA only eligible applicant can use this PIN to confirming the
registration & Tk. 1,112 will be charged as the registration
fee of ICT Freelancer`s Skills Certification (Oct 2021) 2nd SMS:

NSDAFC YES 12345678 Reply: Congratulations Applicant's Name, NSDAFC
web application completed successfully for ICT Freelancer`s Skills
Certification by NSDA, USER ID is (A1BCDEFG) and Password
(xxxxxxxx).
2nd Step: (Payment from any Teletalk (Pre-paid) number though SMS
application):
Final list of Eligible Participants for “Registration” time frame
will be scheduled by NSDA authority.
** NSDA authority will collect the data in excel, cross-check &
finalize the final list of Eligible Participants for Registration
(Min 1-week time) that will be settled by NSDA authority.
** NSDA will share the final eligible list to Teletalk to allow
only the Final Eligible candidate will be allowing for registration
payment i.e. Taka 1,112
3rd SMS: NSDAFC<space>REG<space>USER ID NSDAFC REG
A1XXXXXX to 16222
Reply: Applicant Name, (Your RPIN No. 12345678) Tk. 1,112 will be
charged as the registration fee of ICT Freelancer`s Skills
Certification (Oct 2021) To pay Registration Fee Type
NSDAFC<space>YES<space>RPIN and send to 16222.
4th SMS: NSDAFC<space>YES<space>RPIN NSDAFC YES
12345678 to 16222 Reply: Congratulations Applicant's Name, NSDAFC
Registration completed successfully for ICT Freelancer`s Skills
Certification by NSDA, USER ID is (A1BCDEFG) and Password
