I will be addressing the first point. My second speaker, will address the second and third points. Whereas the third speaker will rebut and refute the governments points so that the truth is revealed and you are not misled by them.Members of the House,Before I enter into the Opposition first argument in detail, I would like to refute some of the points put forth by the Honourable Prime Minister:LISTEN TO WHAT THEY SAY AND TAKE NOTES HERE:1. He claimed that. Why it is inaccurate, unbelievable, false or that you will deal with the issue later in your speech.2. No doubt Frog VLE has enhanced the learning in Malaysian students however, a teacher is still indeed

Most of the virtual learning software and websites are in English. For countries whereby the medium of instruction is not English such as Malaysia, this is a huge setback should learning be replaced by virtual learning. While we do have software and websites designed in our own language, it would definitely not be at par with the ones in English. Hence, students who are not competent in English will encounter difficulties trying to acquire the lessons. On the contrary, situations are different in classrooms whereby teachers are available.H. Douglas Brown in 2007 mentioned that teachers can play many roles in the course of teaching effectively. Thus, this
