EDUCATION SPECIALIST PROGRAMTeaching Credential
Get two credentials,
Special Education &
Multiple Subject,
in four semesters from
our Award Winning
Dual Credential
Program!
Dual Program Option“The Education Specialist Program at Sacramento State
prepared me thoroughly for a career in Special Education
and has shown me how to not only support my students
educationally but to make their overall experience with
education a positive and rewarding one. The program is a
lot of hard work, similar to climbing Mount Everest, but the
hard work pays off every time you step into the classroom.”
Brittany A. – Director of Special Education
“The dual credential
program has allowed
me to view education
through two distinct
lenses and provide
my students with
the education most
suitable to their
individual needs.”
Brittnie B. – special & general education teacher
