1. Latest FIDE Rules will be applied.
2. Prizes will not be shared. One Player will be eligible for one higher prize.
3. All players must report at venue by 8 am
4. No refund of entry fees shall be made
5. In case of dispute, the decision of Chief Arbiter's shall be final.
6. Mobiles are not allowed in the playing hall for the players/spectatoers
7. Tie Break : Will be decided at Players Meeting
8. Registration :-
Players should paid AICF & AMCA Registration before round first. If players done they
submit proof.
11 Organizers reserve the fights to admit of refuse any entry without
assigning any reason at admission or any stage of tournament.
They also reserve the right of admission at venue.
12. The organizers of the tournament reserve the right to make
the necessary changes.
13. Telephonic Entry will not be entertained.
14. All players must attend the P.D. Function otherwise certificates/
prizes/Trophies will not be handed over to any other person and it
will be forfeited.
15. Free dormitory type lodging will be provided to the Outstation players
from each of the participating.
16. Accompanying persons would be provided accommodation @ Rs.300/-
per head with lunch.
17. Participation Certificate to all participate players.
