VENUE Merida is the capital and most populated city of the state of Yucatan Mexico Airport within the city About 4 hour by bus from Cancun Airport

Please book rooms immediately for your teams- at the latest until:- 20th July 2017 After this date the hotel offer different conditions!! The invited participating delegations must pay the accommodation expenses of their delegation members. Accommodation shall be paid on an invoice issued by the organizer. Please take care to pay the accommodation invoices within the due dates to keep the offered accommodation conditions. Accommodation shall be only in official hotels and sport village and must be booked through the organizing committee.

All participants should have their own health and accident insurance as the organizer will not be responsible

JUDGES Each delegation has to provide min 1 max 3 judges /International IFAGG level/ Judges proposal –on IFAGG registration form- must be made to Organizing Committee via e-mail: [email protected] by 2th august 2017. Organizing Committee nominates and confirms judges list after due dates of judges registration. Delegations will be in charge for all expenses of judges (travel costs, accommodation, and Transportation)

Accreditation and passport control:

The delegations will be accredited upon their arrival in the competition office. At accreditation, Heads of Delegation must check the correct names of their complete delegation, passport of all gymnasts, make any necessary payments and CD with the National anthem (max 45 sec). The accreditation and passport control will be held on Friday 29th of September from 15:00 to 20:00 in the competition hall.

Transportation: The organization committee will arrange for delegations. - From the airport in Mérida to host hotel conquistador or to the village and back (Look at price table attached.) - From the airport in Cancun to host hotel conquistador or to the village (aprox 4 hours) and back(Look at price table attached). - Shuttle bus from host hotel. Gymnasiums. (Friday 29th Saturday 30th Sunday 1st)18 usd/per person - transfer touristic. (chichen Itza- las Coloradas- Puerto progreso- Uxmal- City tour Mérida-ruta puc. Etcetera) Please request a quote from the organizing committee.

Extra Training: The organization offers the possibility of doing extra-training on the competition´s carpet the following days and hours in the Multi gym “Socorro Cerón Herrera” without public, Wednesday 27th September 10:00-15:00 hrs.’ Thursday 28th of September 10.00-15:00 hrs.
