following official action w as taken:"Motion by Commissioner
Jennings supported by CommissionerODonnell that th e petitions be
filed for future reference,that copies of the Police Department
survey be made a v a i l a ~ ~ e to the petitioners and any other
interested persons whotelephone or cal l in person at th e City
Clerk's office, request-ing same)and that after petitioners have
studied the PoliceDepartment survey, come back to the Commission
for furtherdiscussion i f they so desire,"I am sending you a copy
