Selective Automatic Or Manual Operation For Any Conditions
Automatically spread two anchors on one rail, or four anchors on tworails to pre-determined width via adjustable stops. Manually spreadone anchor on one rail or two anchors on two rails for skewed tieconditions.
Quality Parts For Greater Overall Economy
Fewer wear surfaces, plus heat treated push tools lead to longer lifeand lower maintenance costs. Many components are interchangeablewith the Dual Anchor Adjuster.
Multiple Rail Size Accommodation
Easy access to optional wide push tools insures quick changeout foreither 5", 51/2", or 6" rails. In addition, simple adjustments align thework head to accommodate rail height.
Increased Operator Safety And Productivity
Excellent visibility insures positive alignment and repositioningof anchors, allowing a single operator to spread all anchors underfield conditions at a rate of 8-10 ties per minute. Operator safetyis enhanced through the use of electric powered controls thatreduce operator fatigue. Side egress optimizes safe operator exitin congested areas. Workhead barriers cover exposed areas.
The Racine Dual Anchor Spreader will spreadall types of rail anchors when utilized in awood tie replacement gang. Rail anchors donot have to be removed and reapplied duringthis operation when the Spreader is used inconjunction with the Racine Dual AnchorAdjuster. The result is increased productivityand longer rail anchor life.
Anchors can be spread at the rate of 8-10 tiesper minute.

The Anchormatic II anchor applicator machine is newly designed to apply
anchors on one rail utilizing one operator.
Anchormatic II
More Productivity
Bulk storage can hold a full day supply of anchors, allowing the operator to spend less time loading anchors and more time in production. Standard Selectable Auto-Indexing from tie to tie with the use of electronic sensors for increased productivity. Automated workhead reduces the need for rail size and height adjustments for easier operation.
Less Maintenance
New apply-workhead designed with less moving parts for reduced maintenance and more reliability. Standard magazine anchor feed holds 15-20 anchors, which keeps the operator’s hands away from the apply mechanism for safer operation.
Optional Crib Tool
The optional Cribbing Tool allows the operator to apply anchors in full crib, reducing the need for additional cribbing machinery. The machine can also be used out-of-phase to apply missing anchors for track maintenance.

Versatile and Quick Set-up
Designed with field changeover in mind, the field technician can quickly change from 51/2" base rail to 6" base rail operation by replacing the apply tools. Changing from wood tie to concrete tie operation is accomplished by simply replacing the inner and outer pivot plates.
Productive and Flexible Operation
Although the machine is designed with 2 workheads, they do operate independently for either 2- or 4-clip application. All controls are within easy reach allowing one operator to average 14 ties per minute, depending on tie and ballast conditions.
Designed For Operator Safety
Side egress provides operator with safe exit from either side of the machine when working in congested area. Removable workhead barriers provide good visibility and easy access for workhead repairs, and also prevent the operator from accidentally stepping into work area—an extra margin of safety.
Quality Parts For Greater Economy
Racine offers high quality parts for long wear and durability. Heat-treated, high-grade steel push tools provide dependability and lower maintenance costs. Many machine components compatible with other Racine Railroad Products equipment.
The Racine Dual Clip Applicator is designed to apply previously set Pandrol® “E” series
or 600 series clips in either a concrete or wood tie application. Ideally suited for either a
production gang or curve relay gang consist.

Rail Tie Straightener
Efficient
The Racine Rail Tie Straightener is an innovative machine that allows one operator to straighten skewed ties. The machine is equipped with reference lasers to determine which ties need straightening. Joystick controls are used by the operator to activate cribbing tools which displace ballast and allow lateral movement of the tie. Straightening tools are then used to square the tie to the rail.
Operator Comfort
This machine is fully cab enclosed with climatic a/c and heat controls for operator comfort.
Powerful
The Rail Tie Straightener is powered by a John Deere 4045 liquid cooled diesel engine and can track travel up to 30 miles per hour. A center turntable can rotate the machine 180° to run in the opposite direction.
Production
Straightens 5-6 ties per minute pending ballast conditions.
The Racine Rail Tie Straightener is designed to work out of face to straighten concrete ties
in full crib at up to 5-6 ties per minute.
