QA Test Engineer (M/F/D)

About Spherity Spherity is building decentralized identity management solutions based on blockchain technology to power the 4th industrial revolution, bringing secure identities (“Digital Twins”) to machines, algorithms, and other non- human entities. The client focus is primarily on technical industries like mobility, supply chain, and pharmaceuticals; in particular, Spherity is a market leader in the data integrity requirements of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) market.

Responsibilities

• You will work on identity and Industry 4.0 projects in an open-minded, competentand multicultural team

• You will work in an agile environment; stand-ups will be a part of your daily work• You will contribute by optimizing the web and mobile app quality and release process• You will be responsible for writing and maintaining automated tests and take care of

our quality goals• You may propose new technologies and adopt them quickly• Our products will show a technical footprint of your work and ideas• API testing automation (75%)• Manual Web/iOS testing (25%)• Web UI testing automation (expected in future)• iOS testing automation (expected in future)• Android testing automation (expected in future)

Professional skills and experience

Minimum qualifications

Optional

• Bachelor degree in Software Engineering,Computer Science, or related discipline; orcomparable practical experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional Androiddevelopment experience

• Proficiency with AWS (CloudFormation)• Must have extensive experience in building

Android applications in Java• Experience in design, building, maintaining

reliable Android code• Strong understanding of testing theory

(3+ years)• Strong experience with REST API testing

automation (2+ years)

• Experience in identity system developmentand web-based tech

• Experience with cryptography (e.g. keymanagement, signing, encryption)

• Experience in backend development inKotlin
