• Comprising three distinct registers

2) Register of associations, social and professional organisations, foundations and independent public healthcare establishments

3) Register of insolvent debtors

(Enterprises operated by natural persons are registerd in The Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity)

• Maintained in a computer system by Registration Courts
