• The two newest members of the ASUN Conference, Liberty and North Alabama will square off in the ASUN Champion-ship for the fi rst time on Wednesday. After winning both regular-season matchups, North Alabama will try to defeat an ASUN opponent three times in the same season for the fi rst time.

• If North Florida upsets FGCU on Wednesday, the Liber-ty-North Alabama winner will host Sunday's championship game. Otherwise, FGCU will host the ASUN title game for the third straight year.

• Liberty has won a season-high seven straight games since its 86-75 loss at North Alabama on Feb. 8.

• Liberty will try to become the fi rst No. 3 seed to win a semifi -nal on the No. 2 seed's home court since 2015, when North-ern Kentucky won at Stetson. All-time, the No. 3 seed is 10-11 when facing the No. 2 seed in the ASUN semifi nals.

• This is the fi fth straight season North Alabama has faced a Lytle sister. Emily Lytle's older sisters Bethany and Sara both played for Union. North Alabama has gone 4-5 against Union and Liberty when a Lytle has been in action.

• Two of North Alabama's eight all-time head coaches (Jeri Porter - 1998-2002 and Flora Willie - 2003-06) have been Liberty graduates.

LAST MEETING WITH NORTH ALABAMAFEB. 8, 2020NORTH ALABAMA 86, LIBERTY 75FLORENCE, ALA. (FLOWERS HALL)
