Keeping up with the Americas: A Macroeconomic OverviewWe dive deep into the uncertainty of the Americas market to uncover:
• How the new administrations in Mexico and Brazil are progressing? Are the project pipelines as promising as expected?
• What’s next for Argentina following the fall elections?
• With looming worries of a recession along with the on-going US-China trade war, how is cross-border trade, particularly in the Americas being affected?
• What side of the political spectrum will LatAm fall under following the set of elections in 2019?
US Exim’s back in town: KeynoteUS Exim’s reauthorisation is still to be confirmed but if approved this fall:
• What new strategies can we expect following US Exim’s re-authorisation?
• How will they tackle the on-going changes in the industry, such as innovation and flexibility to best serve their clients?
• Does US Exim have the capacity to meet the project pipeline demand that has grown since the removal of the $10 million deal cap?
• What scope will US Exim have to support US exporters exporting into China that potentiallycompete in the US given the on-going trade war?
Brazil: Slow and steady wins the race?Brazil’s market is slowly on the upturn following the election of Bolsonaro, but have the new administration’s initiatives done enough for international investors? This session seeks to discuss:
• Will Brazil’s pension reform pass? If yes, how will this further open the market for investors and exporters alike?
• To what extent will Argentina’s Fall 2019 election impact the Brazilian market?
• Which sectors hold the most potential for 2020 and beyond?

ECA coverage in the Americas: ECA PanelWith lower pricing and increasing competition in the region, ECAs are coping with smaller profit margins resulting from the uncertain environment in the region.
