GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: o All orders must be confirmed in writing by the customer with a PO # before they are put into production.o Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.o All jewelry is made to order, please allow 6 weeks for delivery.o Please allow 6-10 weeks for delivery on special orders.o All RTV's are subject to a 5% re-stocking fee.o Any invoice discrepancies must be reported to Me&Ro within 5 days upon receipt of the order.o 18K/Platinum first order minimum is $20,000. 18K/Platinum reorders are $7500 or 10 pieces. o 18K/Platinum accounts must reach a minimum of $30,000 per year and order at least 2 times a year,

once within each 6 month period.

PAYMENT:o All first orders are pro-forma with a 50% deposit.o Credit Card Terms: Me&Ro needs credit card approval to charge your card at the time an order is placed or repair is

submitted. We will send a courtesy email 3-5 days prior to the cancel date with the amount we will charge prior to shipping.

GUARANTEE:guarantees the quality of our jewelry for a period of 1 year. This includes normal wear and usage. reserves the right to determine normal wear and usage.

REPAIRS:If you have a item that needs to be repaired from a customer or from your own store's inventory, please go to our website www.meandrojewelry.com/repairs.aspx or contact the Repair Department at (646) 747-5791 to obtain a ReturnAuthorization number (RA#) or a Store Repair number (SA#).Please send your repairs to:

The SA# or RA# needs to be clearly written on the outside of the package. If a package arrives at without a RA# or SA# on the outside, it will not be accepted.Please package the jewelry with care to avoid damage in shipping, preferably in a double boxed package. If a package isdelivered to us with obvious damage, Me&Ro will refuse the package so that an insurance claim may be filed if necessary.We advise shipping your jewelry with an insured shipper.When sending a repair to Me&Ro , please provide a detailed description of what is wrong with the item. will fax a repair confirmation letter for all repairs to confirm the receipt of the jewelry and a fee assessment for the repair. Me&Ro will not commence repairs without a signed confirmation. Repairs will be completed 4-10 weeks from the time Me&Ro receives a signed repair confirmation. Payment terms for repair charges will be billed as COD or Proforma.

DEFECTIVE GOODS: Orders should be checked promptly upon receipt. In the case that goods are received defective, will replace the merchandise at no charge provided that we are informed immediately of the problem and the following steps are taken:1. Contact your Sales Account Executive within 5 days upon receipt of any defective goods. An SA # will be issued

authorizing the return. Merchandise returned without an SA # will be refused and returned to sender.2. Jewelry must be returned in the original plastic bag with the inspection sticker, along with a copy of the invoice

and a note detailing the defect.
