Champagne & Sparkling

As a family owned business, Crerar Hotels have always sought to work with family run suppliers wherever possible.

Why? We feel that when your family name is in question you strive to go that extra mile.

We are delighted to be able to offer two very special family run Champagne estates, both of which are award-winning. Poilvert-Jacques is fast becoming one of the houses to watch. Year in, year out, they have invested in production techniques, and thus, the quality just gets better and better. As for Ayala, it was established in 1860 and is the only French Champagne house with Latin roots. Ayala was then purchased by Bollinger in 2005; you can be guaranteed that the quality is only going to get even better. We have also added new Champagnes from renowned Champagne houses to give an increased choice.
