LIGHTING CONTROL EQUIPMENT WILLBE CONSIDERED FROM THE FOLLOWING MANUFACTURERS: LEVITON ORGREENGATE. CONTROLS TO BE INSTALLED PER THE FOLLOWING SEQUENCEOF OPERATIONS:

1. THE ROOM SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH SWITCHES PER PLANS.2. THE OCCUPANCY SENSORS SHALL COMMUNICATE TO SHUT OFF THE

LIGHTING IN THE ROOM WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF THE LAST DETECTEDMOTION.

3. THE ROOM SHALL BE CONFIGURED FOR MANUAL ON OPERATION.AFTER THE SENSOR TURNS LIGHTING OFF, THE LIGHTING SHALL NOTTURN ON UNTIL THE WALL SWITCH IS MANUALLY ACTIVATED.

NOTES:

4. ALL UNDERGROUND CONDUIT SHALL BE RIGID WITH WATERTIGHT FITTINGS. CONDUIT TO BE A

MINIMUM 12” BELOW GRADE OR PER LOCAL CODE REQUIREMENTS. ALL TRENCHES IN PAVED

AREAS SHALL BE BACKFILLED WITH COMPACTED GRAVEL READY FOR PAVEMENT BY OTHERS.

5. ALL ACCESS CONTROLLED GATES AND DOORS SHALL BE HAVE "FREE EXIT" FUNCTION WITH

SENSORS ON INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SIDE OF DOOR.

6. ALL EXTERIOR PTI KEYPADS FOR DRIVE-UP LOCATIONS SHALL BE SET IN PTI BOLLARD.

NOTES:

1. CAMERA HOUSING FOR OUTDOOR CAMERAS SHALL BE HEATED WHERE REQUIRED.

2. CAMERAS LOCATED IN EXTERIOR DRIVE AISLES SHALL BE MOUNTED 13'-0" ABOVE GRADE OR

IN LOCATION THAT WILL PROVIDE PROTECTION.

3. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE RECEPTACLES AND CIRCUITS FOR ALL CAMERA

LOCATIONS ON SITE. COORDINATE REQUIREMENTS WITH ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.

4. PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED MOUNTING BRACKETS WITH HARDWARE FOR MONITORS.

5. ALL EQUIPMENT TO BE PROVIDED AND INSTALLED BY THE SECURITY CONTRACTOR

INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL NETWORK CABLING, SURGE PROTECTION DEVICES,

HARDWARE, UPS BATTERY BACK-UP, AND INSTALLATION OF DVR EQUIPMENT TO INTERNET

ROUTER FOR A COMPLETE AND FULLY OPERATIONAL SYSTEM.

6. SECURITY CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY THE INTERNET CONNECTIVITY AND OPERATION OF

THE FULL SYSTEM WITH THE OWNER'S IT DEPARTMENT BEFORE COMPLETION OF THE WORK.

7. DVR SYSTEM SHALL BE SIZED TO ACCOMMODATE THE SCHEDULED NUMBER OF CAMERAS.

2. THE UNDER COUNTER HOLD-UP BUTTON SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN ARMS LENGTH OF THE

MAIN SITTING AREA AT THE OFFICE DESK.

TELEPHONE / DATA SYSTEM / EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION

SYSTEM INCLUDES:

- PRIMARY AND ROLL-OVER PHONE LINE

- ELEVATOR MONITORING SYSTEM

- FIRE ALARM MONITORING SYSTEM

NOTES:

1. EACH DESK LOCATION SHOULD BE PROVIDED WITH A PRIMARY AND ROLL OVER PHONE LINE,

MODEM / INTERNET LINE, AND MULTI-LINE TELEPHONE.

2. CONDUITS, DRYWALL RINGS, AND ALL OTHER ACCESSORY ITEMS SHALL BE PROVIDED AND

INSTALLED AS REQUIRED FOR A COMPLETE AND OPERATIONAL SYSTEM. CONDUIT SHALL BE

STUBBED ABOVE THE CEILING OR INTO THE SECURITY / PHONE CLOSET LOCATION.

3. A MINIMUM OF (10) PAIRS OF PHONE LINES SHALL BE PULLED INTO THE TELEPHONE

EQUIPMENT AREA OF THE OFFICE WITH ADDITIONAL LINES PULLED IF REQUIRED FOR FUTURE

EXPANSION. VERIFY THE FINAL NUMBER OF LINES REQUIRED WITH THE OWNER.

4. REGARDLESS OF LOCAL OR STATE REQUIREMENTS: THE ELEVATOR PHONE SHALL BE

MONITORED; A PHONE LINE SHALL BE EXTENDED FROM THE OFFICE AREA TO THE ELEVATOR

FOR THE MONITORING OF THE ELEVATOR PHONE LINE BY THE OWNER OR THE OWNERS

MONITORING COMPANY.

5. THE LOW VOLTAGE WIRING FROM THE POINT OF CONNECTION IN THE ELEVATOR TO THE

OFFICE FOR ALL ALARMS AND ELEVATOR WIRING FOR MONITORING SHALL BE INSTALLED BY

THE SECURITY AND/OR ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.

6. THE COORDINATION OF THE WIRING OF THE ALARMS, PHONE LINE, ALARMS ETC. SHALL BE
