Each panel measures 1.3m x 2m and is constructed from a layered noise dampening materials, resulting in a tough, durable acoustic barrier that is extremely effective at attenuating noise. With Velcro strips on each long side and a neat hemmed and eyeletted finish top and bottom, the panels form a solid barrier when clipped together.

Fortress Sound Barrier curtains are easy to fit to temporary fencing, hoarding, scaffolding and other construction walling. They are UV and weather resistant giving them a long life span, and can be custom printed with your brand, turning them into an effective advertising medium.

DELTABLOC® END TREATMENTS

Absorb 350The Absorb 350 is a water filled crash cushion that is approved to the NCHRP testing levels 1 and 2. This barrier is ideal for speed zones of 80km’s and under, and it attaches perfectly to the DB80 concrete crash barriers. The system is very light weight, fast and simple to deploy making it ideal for a fast paced construction environment.

Tau–IIFortress supports the Tau-II re-directive crash cushion these are used at the end of concrete barriers in speed zones in excess of 80Km/hr. The system is ideal in hazardous situations where traffic could be in the direct path of a dangerous median or rigid barriers. These crash cushions have met the requirements of rigorous MASH testing, meaning these deliver a fully tested, proven system.

In August 2017, Buildcorp began refurbishing the apartment building located at 48 Upper Pitt Street Kirribilli NSW. Jaybro supplied and installed 122 linear metres of XT Edge Protection during the refurbishment.The XT Edge Protection is designed to create a protective barrier around hazards,voids, drop-offs, edges and other no-go areas, ideal for industries such as construction, excavation and crowd control. It is easy and fast to install with our two installation methods using either XT Edge Protection posts for paved concrete areas or steel star posts for soft ground or sandy ground.The project was completed in July 2018.

Stage 2 of the Sydney Metro Project is now underway in Sydney and will cost $12.5 billion. Sydney Metro City & Southwest Project will deliver 18 stations (7 new stations) and will span 30 kilometres from Chatswood to Bankstown. 15.5 kilometres of the line will be a twin-tunnel rail going under Sydney Harbour and through the city to Sydenham. It is set to increase capacity on Sydney’s rail network by up to 60%, and allow over 100,000 extracommuters across the network every hour. Sydney Metro will be the first fully-automated metro rail system in Australia.During the early stages of the project, Jaybro supplied Sydney Metro with 264 metres of Trafix 2000 Waterfilled Barriers to the Marrickville dive site and the Chatswood dive site. This provided a safe barrier to separate workers and moving traffic on site.Stage 2 of the project is set to be completed in 2024

Lipman are currently constructing a multi-deck car park at the Wenty Leagues Club located in Wentworthville NSW. The project is valued at $16 million and is set to deliver a 6 level multi-deck car park which will contain 778 new car spaces, decorative perforated metal screen cladding to the carpark façade and landscaping works once the structure is complete.Jaybro supplied Lipman with 266 metres of our 2000 Series Temporary Fencing to go around the construction site. In conjunction with the fencing, 400 metres of our Premium BannerMesh was also installed on the temporary fencing in and around the site.The Fortress 2000 Series is a lightweight, low budget temporary fencing panel that offers exceptional value and features anti-climb meshing, this lightweight but study fencing panel is easy to install and will keep your site secure. Located in the heart city of Adelaide will be the GPO Exchange Building. Built is set to deliver a 20-storey tower that will be integrated with the heritage Telephone Exchange Building. This project valued at $100 million will comprise of a 24,500m2 A-grade commercial office space, an above ground car park consisting of two levels, a new ground floor foyer that will highlight features of the Exchange Building, and a retail precinct.We supplied Built with 102 lineal metres of concrete barriers. In this instance DB80 Concrete Crash Barriers were painted and branded by Built themselves to go along with the Class B hoarding and facade around the building site. Being used a temporary crash barrier it was also used as a foundation to support beams attached to the hoarding above the concrete barriers. This provided a safe walkway for pedestrians during construction of the apartments.They are approved by DPTI for speeds up to 100km/h with minimal deflection if someone was to lose control of their vehicle or try to deliberately ram these barriers. The barriers are also approved by VIC Roads, TMR and RMS.The project is due to be completed in February 2019.
