2018-2019 ELEMENTARY SUPPLIES LIST & MATERIALS FEE INDIVIDUAL CLASS SUPPLIES These are items your child will be expected to bring to school – all schools will be using the same supplies list. Because items on the supplies list are for individual student use only, clearly mark your child’s supplies with their name, both first and last. Replenishing supplies on the supply lists may be requested mid-year. MATERIALS FEE OF $10 This fee will be maintained by your child’s school to purchase the following: school-specific and/or hard to find consumable and nonstandard classroom materials such as school planners and project-based three ring binders. By utilizing a fee, individual or specific school needs can be honored, costs are reduced by bulk purchase, and efficiency is met for items some schools may use and some may not. Fees are nonrefundable and may be paid by check, cash or the district’s Revtrak payment system. Checks should be made payable to the school. DONATIONS (OPTIONAL) Items on the donations list are pooled and shared for group use – all items are appreciated.
