The Canadian Food & Beverage Show is the annual showcase dedicated exclusively to suppliers offood and beverage products for the hospitality industry. The F&B Show offers attendees theopportunity to develop new menu ideas from 650 exhibits as they prepare for the busy spring andsummer seasons. The 2006 Food & Beverage Show attracted 9,717 qualified attendees givingthem an opportunity to visit international, national and local suppliers of branded, specialty, nicheand commodity products.

RULES:Booth d isp lay regu lat ions :Height of 8' for all booths. If occupying exhibit space in a rowwith other exhibitors on one or both sides, the side-wings ofyour display may only project forward at the 8' height for 4'.Product, equipment or display material must not obstruct theview of your neighbours’ exhibits. Under no circumstancescontract for any design or structure production without approvalfrom show management. Aisles must not be obstructed.Management at its sole discretion may allow exceptions.
Cooking:In accordance with NFPA Standard 96, and abiding to aruling imposed by the City of Mississauga Fire Department,the operation of deep fat fryers and frying in exhibits for thepurpose of product preparation is not permitted at the show.Deep frying stations will be located around the exhibit area.A daily usage fee will be charged. Please contact showmanagement for further information.
Demonstrat ion and sampl ing :Sampling, demonstrations and the distribution ofinformation must be done within the confines of your exhibitareas and in such a manner that the aisles are not blockedor the flow of traffic restricted. Serving tables anddemonstration areas must be at least three feet (3') backfrom the front of your booth. If samplers or demonstrationaudience interfere with neighbouring exhibitors, theopportunity to sample or demonstrate products can belimited or withdrawn by show management.

ADMITTANCE RESTRICTIONS:Admission to the Canadian Food & Beverage Show isrestricted to industry personnel only, by controlled paidregistration. General public and persons under the age of 19are not permitted. Exhibitors, please ensure personnelworking in your exhibit are over the age of 19.

The Canadian Food & Beverage Show is owned and operated by the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association,the producers of HostEx, Canada’s largest hospitality event, ApEx, Atlantic Canada’s largest hospitality event and theBC Food Service Expo, the largest hospitality event in Western Canada. The CRFA is one of the largest businessassociations in Canada. Since its founding in 1944, CRFA has grown to over 33,500 members, representing restaurants,bars, cafeterias and social and contract caterers, as well as accommodation, entertainment and institutional foodservice.

FOR RETURNING EXHIBITORS:All contracted exhibitors in the 2006 show will be given firstright of refusal for the same space location in the 2007 show.Complete the space application enclosed with this brochure,indicating your space requirements and return it with yourdeposit prior to the renewal deadline stated on the application.Upon receipt of your application, show management willcontact you to finalize your requirements before proceedingwith an exhibit space contract.
FOR NEW APPLICANTS:Complete the application enclosed with this brochure and returnit with the required deposit as soon as possible. Exhibit spacefor new exhibitors will be allocated following allocation of spaceto returning exhibitors. Upon receipt of your space applicationand deposit, show management will contact you to discussyour requirements and space availability as soon as possible.Please note: Acceptance of the application and depositby show organizers does not constitute an offer of spaceor facility.
EXHIBIT SPACE CANCELLATION POLICY:Once an exhibit space contract has been issued, cancellationof any or all of the exhibit space requested in the exhibitspace application before December 1, 2006 shall entitleCRFA, as operators of the Canadian Food & Beverage Show, toa cancellation fee of 25% of the rental value of the space forwhich cancellation is requested. CRFA will apply any depositreceived against such cancellation charges and refund to youany surplus or alternatively claim the balance from you at thattime. No cancellation shall be permitted after December 1,2006.The exhibitor will be responsible after that date for thefull amount of the exhibit rental space and any collectionstherewith as reasonably determined by CRFA. Notification ofcancellation must be received by the CRFA in written form.Details and conditions in this brochure and the floorplan are preliminary, and may be changed later to suitexhibit requirements.
