Organizations, today, Adopting a growth strategy that is based on a unique resource for
review of their inherent qualities of their top competitors. It's become an asset to gain
competitive advantage, and cope with the dynamics of the market from a strategic standpoint.

idea of competence is integrated with performance attributes. competence development is

korea to invest in the company. #his investment will bring great influence because it will bring
the Indian steel industry to the same level with the world of technology and processes. In this
perspective, human resource management based on competency should play a very important
role for competitive advantage.

#his study uses two components, namely research with empirical studies and literature.

instrument was designed to determine the broad perspective of the area of & functions such as
performance management, structure, systems and processes that facilitate optimum utilization of
competencies to meet the company's ob/ectives, with scale -ikert from 234 points.

processes and systems set to push the level of competence of individuals and organizations that
are adequate to meet the challenges of the changing environment, national and global.
