If cancelled or modified 21 days prior to guest arrival date no cancellation fees apply.
If cancelled 20‐7 days prior to guest arrival cancellation fees are equal to 30% of total
reservation cost.
If cancelled 6 or less days prior to guest arrival, in case of no show or early departure
cancellation fees 100% of total reservation.

The fellowship of AA will be hosting its 24th International convention in Greece at the Grand Bleu Sea Resort hotel Eretria Evia, from Thursday May 17 till Sunday May 20 2018.
The convention opens with the traditional Welcome Meeting on Thursday at 6 pm. However, since many participants arrive earlier during the week, several meetings take place before the “official” opening. A full convention day includes up to six meetings held in the main meeting room. The “early bird” meeting starts at 8 a.m. and the last meeting of the evening, the “candlelight”, is at 11:00. The first and last meetings of the day are closed while all others in‐between are open.Meetings are in English. There will also be “pop‐in‐pop‐out” meetings as well as a workshop. The highlight of the Convention is on Saturday night with a raffle and the countdown, which follows dinner. The Convention closes with the farewell meeting on Sunday morning with the participation of the Al‐Anon fellowship.
The convention registration fee for AA members is 15euros for the three days and 10euros per day for day visitors (ie AA members / convention goers) This covers convention facilities and pre‐meeting tea and coffee. Full details regarding convention facilities and programme will be provided upon registration.Meals for non‐residents at hotel will cost 15euros per meal.

The hotel is situated on the beach, also has pool, tennis courts, mini golf, sauna and lots of other activities in and around the hotel. Rooms have either sea or garden views and wi‐fi. At an extra cost there are water sports and bicycles for rent. Grand bleu is a “green hotel” and uses locally grown produce.
The prices include half board (breakfast & dinner) and taxes. Per room per night Garden view. A supplement of 15euro/day for sea view rooms, on a first book first pay basis.
Reservations are made directly to the hotel.
