Expediting the engineering team for submission of related documents for client approval

Coordination with client/customer for acquires the dispatch clearance
Coordination with logistics to transport the materials from manufacturer premises to site and ensure the receipt of material at site in good condition.
Follow up with supplier for obtaining Technical Assistance for installation of the equipment at site
Tracking and managing contemplated change notices and change orders in the database
Raise alerts and Exception report, Look Ahead plan regularly to all the concerned departments to minimize lags
Mobilization of requisite resources to site for smooth installation at work site
Preparing substantial completion certificates and ensures all required project close out documents are obtained
Participate in progress review meeting with client to express the progress status
Effectively communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
