LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION SYSTEM
A.on real time area evapotranspiration rates connected to a local weather station with 24hour weather information downloading. Installation of a wireless rain shut off devicewill automatically shut down the system during rain. System will be programmed toautomatically turn back on when plant moisture levels require irrigation again. TheController automatically re-programs itself for seasonal variances in temperatures
is controlled and maximum water savings occur.
B. All sprinklers heads are designed with low gallonage matched precipitation ratenozzles and/or drip nozzles to provide water efficiently and directly to the plant rootzones eliminating overspray onto paving or non-landscaped areas.
C. Check valves and automatic seal pop-pops are installed to prevent wasteful
D. Plants are grouped and irrigated based on similar water requirement (in hydrozones).
E.applications of water.
F. Lawn and groundcover areas are valved separately to permit efficient waterapplications.
G. Irrigation will be programmed to start in early morning hours when winds areminimal and sun evaporation is not a factor.
H.mulch to help maintain soil moisture.
I. New plant materials shall be spaced upon mature growth to minimize root zonecompetition.
J. This system will comply with the new State of California AB1881 waterconservation ordinances for efficient low water usage irrigation design and plantingdesign.
