APPLICATION: Power Limited Tray Cable Instrumentation Cables are suitable for control, instrumentation and process control circuits, where protection against electrostatic interference is needed. PLTC OS Instrumentation Cables are suitable for wet or dry applications, indoor or outdoor locations, installed in cable rays, ducts, aerially or conduits, direct burial and for applications up to 300 volt and temperatures up to 105°C.
CONDUCTORS: • Stranded soft drawn bare copper conductor, per ASTM B3 & B-8
INSULATION: • Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulation
SHIELD: • Aluminum polyester foil with 100% coverage and in contact with a tinned copper drain wire
JACKET: • Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) jacket, which is water, chemical, sunlight and abrasion resistant
COLOR CODE: • Pairs: Black and White Numbered• Triads: Black, White, and Red Numbered
STANDARDS: • UL 13• UL 2250• NEC Article 727 for ITC• EPA 40 CFR, part 261
