Case Inventory Section
• Support Order Performance Measure– Line 2 ÷ Line 1
• Looking for cases with support orders– Only reporting the 1st support order
• Report: SIDF9FEA– 3 reasons why a case is on the report
1. Case has no support order2. If there is an order, support order type/sub-type combination may be wrong3. If there is an order, it may be a paternity only order
8
Case Inventory Section – Important Fields
• Support Order Screen– Support order type / sub-type combinations are important
• see Training Update email dated 10/3/12
– Paternity only orders do not count on 157– Recoupments
•Follow ERG 611.14 (rev 11/1/11) So status = P. If the order status is coded P for Pending, the date of order
field is not required even though it is a 'red' field. Must not have an order date – if this date is entered, the RM support order will
be the first to appear on the payment summary. Use (RM, RT, RB) + case number (example: RB-120003456) as the support
order number.

Things that make you go hmmmm.
• Data Reliability– Life of the case, not just once
• Evidence– What’s the proof for the code?
• Document, Document, Document– If it’s not documented, it never happened.– CAL’s are the road map for the next person.
