National Retail Operations Manager, National Wholesale Operations Manager, National Sales

financially stable and debt-free. Our CEO is a past President of the Ohio Mortgage Bankers
Association, past MORPAC Chairman of the National Mortgage Bankers Association, current

PRICING:
4.) Broker Compensation: We maintain an innovative plan with compensation plans for our broker
partners from 125bp up to 275bp in 25bp increments. Pricing is highly competitive while giving
our broker partners plenty of opportunity to change their revenue plan to ensure they stay
competitive in their market place.
5.) Secondary: This department is available to offer assistance and guidance for our Account
Executives with pricing, extensions and special circumstances.
6.) Investors: We have relationships with all the top investors in the country including Freddie Mac
(direct), Fannie Mae (direct), and Ginnie Mae (direct) offering Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA,
Jumbo and Jumbo loans.
PROCEDURES:
7.) Streamline Procedures: Our UHM Efficient Loan Flow platform offers control over the fulfillment
piece. In our model, sales and operations work cohesively to accomplish our goal of a premier
customer experience.
8.) Appraisal Management: UHM does not work with appraisal management firms but maintains an
internal department of appraisal management saving time and money for our Customers.
9.) Underwriting: FHA DE since 1971 with billions closed, VA LAPP Authority and delegated to
underwrite for all investors. In addition, UHM utilizes a “Risk Committee” to review files with
“make sense” underwriting decisions.
10.) Technology: UHM utilizes the Encompass 360 Banker software LOS built by current members of
the President and Union Clubs. Partners receive platinum support from our IT Department with
software, email and website development.
11.) Support: UHM offers ongoing and constant interactive training, Managers offer assistance daily
including transactional support and sales coaching. At UHM, Account Executives always have
the ability to reach out for help.
12.) Marketing: UHM’s Automated Marketing System utilizes automated marketing prior to, during
and after the transaction is closed. Specifically designed correspondences to existing and
prospective broker partners are available with the push of a button. In addition, UHM retains a
library of corporate designed and production team shared marketing pieces including monthly
newsletters, product highlights, and operational reminders.
