1) 14 January – Sea Chest valve

2) 1 August – Hot work without a permit on a marine vessel.

3) 8 September – Crew member tripped by chain and fell to deck. Actual severity rating 0. Potential Risk rating B4 for People.

4) 20 February – During inclement weather, vessel broke free from dock. Minor property damage.

5) 7 July – Marine vessel went aground. Barge collided with vessel. Minor property damage to both marine vessel and barge.

6) 11 July – Marine Vessel contacted side of MODU.

7) 6 June – EE on Marine Vessel was mopping the floor when right foot slipped backward. EE bumped knee on Refrigerator. Medic evaluated EE who returned to work.

8) 6 August – A EE pinched his finger while attempting to shut the winch doors. The injury lacerated the finger, requiring 5 sutures for closure.

9) 25 August – Loss of primary containment on a marine vessel. Fuel spill at dock during loading operation. Sheen in water.
