Phase I General Info: Erosion control plans are incomplete as shown and are missing applicable CBMPs. Show grading contours/disturbances associated with Phase I. Represent the location expected to be disturbed by clearing, excavation, grading (clearly show proposed disturbances), or other construction activities. Locations can most clearly be depicted using proposed contours and applicable CBMP's. Construction site boundaries; All areas of ground surface disturbance; Areas of cut and fill; Areas used for storage Locations of all structural BMPs; Locations of non-structural BMPs as applicable; and Locations of springs, streams, wetlands and other surface waters. Provide the necessary notes within the EC plans to clearly describe the construction activity, phases that are encompassed within the plan. Phase I should represented condition prior to roadways, sidewalks, C&G etc. being constructed. Infrastructure that will not be in place in Phase I should not be shown.
