metre ,and it is not necessary. Research Methodology: Descriptive method Main results: 1. The majority's concept of poetic necessity prevails that what

is used in poetry is not permissible in prose, whether the poet has a choice or not, that is poetry has a pattern that distinguishes it from prose.

2. The syntactic scholars have called the term " oddity " on some of the evidences of poetic necessities; to protect prosody by straightness of metre if the poet used consistency.

3. The syntactic scholars do not resort to poetic necessity except where it is impossible to interpret or to extricate in an acceptable form.

Recommendations: 1. The awareness of forming the metre in the evidences of

poetic necessity, and it can open the way to come up with a different syntactic judgment than the one that indicated by the possessor of the evidence.

2. The obligatory to differentiate between the linguistic meaning of the scientific term and the artist's concept.

Research Methodology: The descriptive and inductive approach

Main results: Different types of reference contribute to the association of the

words with each other. Pronouns are the most important tools to achieve the cohesion and correlation.

The role of the reference in providing the textual harmony and coherence, where the meaning of the reference is not subject to grammatical restrictions , but is subject to the semantic restrictions.

Revealing the forms of the Quran miracles through its cohesion, analyzing the elements of the reference and indicating their effects.

Recommendations: The reference is one of the most widespread linguistic

phenomena in the texts and almost all sentences and texts are full of it. This requires further study by the researchers to highlight the effect of the reference in determining the meaning of the sentence; its control and removing what may associate with it.

Main results: 1 – It is understood that human’s perceptions can be more that

the conventional five senses including the tangible or nontangible ones.

2 - Mind, Hearing and sight are ranked as the greatest and most valuable human perceptions.

3. Reality can be realized (once social and environmental influences are put aside) only if it is free of social and environmental influences.

4 - The overall guidance of Shari’a and its applications ensure the safety of the body and its perception mechanisms, and they protect it from the tangible or nontangible sensations.

Key Recommendations: - It is recommended that extensive and comparative studies

should be conducted on each one of the human’s perception sensations.

- It is recommended that research should be carried out to show the comparative studies should be conducted to research to show the compatibility of explicit science with the explicit legitimacy texts in the field of perception.

- The highness of the Sharia purposes and their conformity to the requirements and interests of people.

- The conformity of the Saudi System to the rules and principles of the Sharia in acknowledging the purposes in saving the money.

The recommendations: • The recommendation to activate the method of the sharia

purposes in the different aspects of the economic life, because of its great effect in the saving of the money, and to highlight its role in the development. This will enrich the jurisprudence library with more legal studies within the framework of the moderation principle.

Purposes of Sharia Law in saving wealth compared to the applicable Saudi regulations

- To explain the importance of the benefaction of wealth, and that it is a necessity represents one of the necessities of life to obtain the benefits of life and afterlife.

- Explaining the legal purposes of saving the private money which manifested in its saving , development, investment and expenditure in legally considered aspects, and it avoids the obtaining of money from illegal sources or to incarcerate or to sow it.

- The legal purposes of Sharia appear very clear in saving the money because it is the means for management of the economic interests of the country.

- To highlight the systems which are prepared by the Saudi legislator for saving the public and private wealth that conform in general with the purposes of the Islamic Sharia Law.

Method of research: the descriptive and analytical method. Most important results: - The conformity in the meaning of money between the

Saudi system and Islamic jurisprudence. - Islam religion considered the humanitarian instinct in

loving of money, so it organized it in all aspects in terms of obtaining, expending and saving .

- Involvement of Ibrad time in prayer calendar. Keywords: Dhuhr – deferring the prayer – high temperature –

prayer.

Scrolls of Moses: A theological study in the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah and the Bible

Dr. Mohammed bin Abd-Alaziz Alshaea

Objectives: To uncover the scrolls of Moses and their relationship to the tablets, the Torah, and the scrolls of Ibrahim; illustrate their contents and theological indications; validity of the current manuscripts scientifically and technically; investigate the claim of the Rafidites; and to clarify the position of the Jews and Christians.

Methodology: Critical inductive and analytical. Conclusions: 1 - scholars differed about the tablets and the Torah and the

relationship between the Torah and the scrolls, which shows that the tablets and the Torah and the scrolls are all names of the same book.

2 - the manuscripts are fabricated, which are falsely claimed to represent the true text of Moses.

3 - invalidity of the claim of the Twelver Rafidites that they possess the original Moses' scrolls.

4 - there is no mention of the Moses scrolls in Jewish and Christian sources.

Recommendations: To research and investigate controversial issues between Ahl al-Sunnah, discuss, and research the scrolls of

Al-Ibrad in Dhuhr Prayer in extremely high temperature – Objective prophetic traditions study

Dr. Ahmed bin Khalid Al-mejna Objectives: • Collecting prophet's traditions that indicating to legality of

Ibrad in prayer when the temperature is high, studying it objectively in terms of prophetic saying and stating the sayings of scholars in this issue.

• Trying to link between it and the prophet's traditions which may be understood as illegality of Al-Ibrad in prayer.

Study Methodology: the analytic inductive methodology. The most important results: - Legality of AlIbrad (Deferring Dhuhr Prayer to Asr) when

there is extreme temperature for the group and individual, for those who are coming to the mosque from long or short distance in traveling and urban area even with availability of modern cooling means such as ACs, Vans …etc., because the fault is stipulated on.

- Directing to Ibrad is loaded on Alnadb and preference in the most correct scholars' sayings.

- The prophet's traditions indicating to preference of precipitation of prayer earlier on its time aren't contradicted with sayings of Ibrad, and we can link between them as general and they have been denominated by Sayings of Ibrad.

Recommendations: - Completing this prophetic sayings study by scientific

astronomical study.

Research objectives: A statement of the usefulness of the story of Israelites in the interpretation. And why

Reported by the interpreters in their books? What are the purposes of its use in interpretation?

Research Methodology: An Analytical Statistical Study. The most important results: The search have resulted a

restriction of the purposes of the story of Israelites in Interpretation in four purposes, which are: 1: specify the widespread. 2: detail the other than obvious. 3: uncover the problem. 4: consider likely the possible. The search clarified the most common purposes mentioned in

the interpretation in general, and each layer of the interpreters of the ancestral, and the lowest ones, as well as the most narrators of each destination in each layer.

And the results were clarified by using diagrams to make them more clear and can easily be used.

Recommendations: Care of statistical studies in clarifying and correcting the types

of information traded in the assets of interpretation.
