Relocatable Buildings

• A relocatable building is defined as; – acquired equipment (personal property); used as a

b ildibuilding; – meets the "20% rule" (as defined in Interim Policy

Memorandum, subject: Interim Army Policy for Relocatable Buildings, dated 19 Feb 2008;

– is for an interim use (usually 3 years or less). – The above points hold regardless of the source ofThe above points hold regardless of the source of
