• A relocatable building is defined as; – acquired equipment (personal property); used as a

b ildibuilding; – meets the "20% rule" (as defined in Interim Policy

Memorandum, subject: Interim Army Policy for Relocatable Buildings, dated 19 Feb 2008;

They will be hand receipted to the unit or organization for which their use was approveduse was approved.

– Maintenance and repair is the responsibility of the owner and will be in accordance with rules and regulations governing equipment.
